Theodore M. Lytwyn (Ted)
NJ License No. 3212
Ted is the manager of the Union Funeral Home-Lytwyn & Lytwyn. After graduating from Newark Academy, in Livingston, NJ, Class of 1969, Ted attended Franklin & Marshall College, in Lancaster, Pa where he graduated in 1973 with a degree in Anthropology. It was there that he met his wife, Cara Corbo, a Certified Matrimonial Attorney in the State of NJ, and partner of the law firm, Miller, Meyerson and Corbo, of Jersey City and Millburn, NJ. Ted then completed his education with his Mortuary Science degree from American Academy/McAllister Institute in New York City. He became a licensed funeral director in 1975.
Ted and Cara enjoy scuba diving, fishing and collecting antiques from the American Arts & Crafts Movement, from the turn of the 20th Century. Articles about their collection have been in the periodicals, “The Arts & Crafts Quarterly” and “Style 1900” and the book, “Stickley Style.” Ted has served as a Trustee, Vice President of the Board and Chairman of Development for the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms in Parsippany, NJ.
Steven P. Lytwyn

Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA as a Biology Major in 1975. He then attended McAllister School of Embalming in New York City and graduated in 1977. He has over 30 years of experience as a licensed funeral director. Steve’s other interests include; nature photography, antiques and fishing. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Alena and 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
Charles Castiglione, III

Charlie joined the Union Funeral Home Lytwyn & Lytwyn in October of 2000. He has more than 25 years in funeral service experience. After attending Essex County College Charlie received his Mortuary Certification from Mercer County College. He is currently President for the Essex, Union & West Hudson County Funeral Directors Association. Charlie is also a member of The Knights of Columbus, Saint Gerard Men's Society, The Professional Car Society and The Antique Automobile Club of America.
When not working, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife, Rosanne and daughter, Victoria. He also enjoys restoring classic cars and playing the drums.
From North Jersey
Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 141. Bear right at end of ramp onto Vaux Hall Road. At first traffic light, make right onto Oakland Avenue. Take Oakland Avenue to the end and make a right onto Stuyvesant Avenue. We are 1600 on the left at the next traffic light.
From South Jersey
Take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 139B. Get onto Chestnut Street. (You can only go in one direction). Bear right at the fork in the road. This is where Stuyvesant Avenue begins. Stay on Stuyvesant Avenue for about 1-1/2 miles. We are on the left, number 1600.
From Route 22 West Bound
Use Vaux Hall Road exit. At the second traffic light, make a right onto Oakland Avenue. Take Oakland Avenue to the end and make a right onto Stuyvesant Avenue. We are number 1600 on the left at the next traffic light.
From Route 22 Eastbound
Take the exit just pass the Bradlees Shopping Center. Bear right and cross over Route 22. At the second traffic light, make a right onto Oakland Avenue. Take Oakland Avenue to the end and make a right onto Stuyvesant Avenue. We are number 1600 on the left at the next traffic light.
